How long is the standard rental period?

Our standard rental period includes up to six (6) hours of use between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the same day. Extended time and overnight rentals are available for an additional fee.

Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?

Yes! We provide professional delivery, setup, and takedown for all rentals within a 30-mile delivery radius. Our team ensures each unit is securely anchored and properly inspected before use.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain, high winds, or lightning. You may reschedule or receive a rain credit if weather conditions make setup unsafe. Light rain is typically safe for use on water slides, but final decisions are made by our delivery team.

How much space do I need?

Each inflatable has specific space requirements listed on its product page. We recommend allowing an additional 3–5 feet of clearance around all sides for safety and access.

Do I need a power source?

Yes. A standard 110–120V household outlet is required within 50 feet of the setup area. Extension cords can be provided if needed.

Is a water hookup required for water slides?

Yes. Water slides require access to a standard 1/2" garden hose connection near the setup area. Customers are responsible for providing the water source.

What ages are your inflatables suitable for?

Our bounce houses and water slides are designed for children and teens. Age and size recommendations vary by unit and are listed on each product page. Adult supervision is required at all times.

How many riders are allowed at one time?

For safety, only one rider at a time is allowed on the slide. Bounce houses typically allow multiple occupants, depending on size and weight limits, which are posted on each unit.

How do I reserve a rental?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your date and unit. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on or before delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Other payment options may be available upon request.

Do you clean and sanitize the inflatables?

Yes! All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Weather-related cancellations are eligible for rescheduling or a rain credit.
